I can also give you names of so called famous people and celebrities who are respected or admired, married with men or women (homosexual and heterosexual) who enjoy renting little boys while on holidays in North Africa. How do we label them?

The correct word for them would be: paederasts (from greek words paes erastes, "lover of a young boy"). Those have a long history, especially in the mediterranean region with its beginnings more than 2500 years ago.

(btw, the greek word -philia means "friendship, love", not abuse, the word "paes-" means "young boy, child").

No, it is not - and I wonder where you have researched this on. The _only_acceptable (by moral and by law) relationship is tunisia is an official bond between one male and one female. There is a vivid but illegal (male)homosexual scene existing in Tunisia, though, mostly in the regions of Sousse and Tunis.
