To make things clear, the message you shared didn't say anything about the identity nor the gender of the targeted person, it could be anyone.
First I'll try to translate the important words, then i'll try to translate the full sentence and make it very close to english, cause tunisian is not that easy.

For context we are coming to the end of a drawn out divorce process, and he has asked me to send back (at my cost) a few gifts that his family gave me. I said I would figure out returning them when he pays me back what he agreed during our relationship and after it ended (a few thousand pounds). So we are at a bit of a stalemate and I was getting allsorts of abuse before I eventually blocked him.

Send back nothing unless he pays. Explain to him the definition of gift, it means you are not obligated to give it back, your choice.
I have sentimental items from his deceased mother that I would not plan on keeping, but he needs to come collect them himself rather than expect me to pay £300 to send over there securely.
I have not asked for anything back apart from the money he agreed to, gifts are gifts and you shouldn't part with something you aren't prepared to not get back.
He thinks suddenly calling them all heirlooms changes things, because he read on Google that Judge Judy said heirlooms should be returned

I agree with this one and he should collect them by himself.
When it's about gifts, it's very childish from his part to ask for the gifts he gave you.

Hhhhh… sorry but why on earth would you want a dvd of his circumcision fest??? Tell him come and get it. Also he must be young to actually have it on dvd…
It sucks that I won't get back the £4k, but I pretty much wrote off getting it back as soon as we split. He has no honour and changes the terms of our agreement because his ego took a bruising by me ending things.
The circumcision dvd... we had a huge fight when I initially said I didn't want it and I had no desire to watch it. Very selfish of me. He actually had previously given it to his last gf, and travelled to China to get it back along with some other things. I haven't watched it and it's sitting in a drawer with the other 'heirlooms'. It was filmed on a video camera in the early 90s and then converted onto dvd more recently. At the time I figured it was just a weird cultural practice that I didn't get. I don't know what the video shows, but I'm not risking sending images of a potentially naked child through the post. He can collect that one.

The circumcision feast is a big deal for us, depending on the family it can last 1 day or a few. It’s like a wedding I guess you could say for the son to enter manhood. I’ll just give you an example, my son is not born yet, but we have catered food, will order chocolates, found his little costume, bought an animal to sacrifice, hired music, we will even acquired a camel to escort me and my lion to his party. In case you don’t know Arab mothers go crazy about their princes… yes I’m included and guilty.. hhhh. So yes it is a big deal, it’s part of our culture… that being said, I’m not quite sure why he would give it to you ( no offense), but if his mom has passed away… maybe aunt, sister… someone else or just keep it to show his own son one day… I’m confused.
