But she has no right to slander someone else's name in that public statement if untrue. Yes this looks bad a woman defending an alleged rapist. But I know how hard it is for rape to be convicted because so many people claim false accusations. If all the information of her time in Tunisia was in the original post then I would have never commented but it wasn't .

You don’t know if it’s true or untrue, you are only speculating. You would need to prove that in court. Until it is proven in a Tunisian court, you cannot claim the victim’s claim is untrue or that the alleged rapist was slandered on TLR. A court needs to decide this, not you.
I totally agree. So why no court? Why wasn't he arrested? Why was he still allowed to work at that hotel and why is he still out free if this is all true? The hotel looks after guests first they would have looked after her.

I don’t know, but I do know we’ve had a lot of rape victims here that visited Tunisia and were raped in their hotels. Some were very young, like 14 years old. I don’t ask more questions and I hope they all go to court one day, God willing.

If she said “No” and he didn’t stop, it is rape. I don’t know all the details, and can not judge further, and neither can you if you were not there.
Anything you assume or heard from others hearsay. Let’s let the victim say her case if she likes. If the accused wants to make a defense he can. No one is stopping him.
When people make assumptions and taint the pot it always works out worse for the defendant. Just saying.
She has her reasons and if you are in and know the full story then them reasons become very clear very quick.

When you smoke weed ,,things are not what they seem ,,,Prehaps she felt it wasnt normal untill she got back to her own country and realise what he did to her,,If a tourist reports rape to Tunisian police its not really taken seriously ,because they know the tourist will go home and they will forget about it .The hotels rarely take action and the reps dont like to get involved with the police,,,,So she really had no choice .I dont see why she would lie ,if its a lie ,she would not felt the need to come on here ,Somethings not right with you ,i sense your the girlfriend ,defending him..
Because this is lies?! I was friends with her first before I even knew who she is accusing and she told me a completely different story as to what happened that night. Why can noone see that girls can be extremely dangerous when it comes to accusing rape?

Women can also change details due to unsafe circumstances and for the record there is no way to prove your claims either.
I'm not the girlfriend. I'm not even his friend, I was her friend first. This is what gets innocent people in trouble. Girls can be so dangerous. She didn't get the outcome she wanted and she accused this man of the unimaginable.
Why are people allowed to write and defend her but when I defend the accused it's worse? I wouldn't post pictures of the messages I have from her claiming this to be untrue. I was purely coming to his defence. I'm not trying to take this girl down, I asked her to get help. It's just a pity really it come to this.

Why do you even care?
I'm not his girlfriend. Yes they had consensual sex, and yes he had a girlfriend obviously I don't agree with this. She should have told his girlfriend she had sex with him. He shouldn't be sleeping around behind someone who loves him back. She had sex with him because her ex was his best friend and she wanted a reaction when she didn't get the reaction she called rape in hope the ex would come back. Both need help, but both need the truth to be told. I stuck by her as best I could.
Why do you care if I know him or not?? Why do you care if I'm defending him? If you read down the post you would know why.
