What rights? Yes foreigners can buy apartments and house from Tunisia . Actually their goverment favor it.

Living there full time I don't care how cheap it is better countries to spend ur money on a home than Tunisia

Living in Tunisia doesn't mean that you are surrounded by rats. There are many expats living there from different countries and are living a peaceful life and there are many nice genuine Tunisian people who aren't rats

I haven' t been rude with anyone,just said the truth and truth is so hurts
They are many nice Tunisians but where ever u go the rats are their u see them every where
They are people that live peaceful those that ignore the rats to keep the peace and to tell the truth I too if i too lived in Tunisia I would turn a blind eyes to the vile antics off the rats
Because like many tunisians have said its better to keep shut or trouble will come to your door
There is many tunisian familys that would leave if they had the chance to be honest I don't blame them so long as they do it the legal way
No matter what you say she will dig her heels in and stay with him he's a full blown rat we all know this
But haven't most off ua ignored red flags and learnt the hard way
There's no need for anyone to be rude like that it's not right
If she wants to stay with him then that's her right
She in the end will need us more than ever
The truth dose hurt but she's decided to stay with him and she knows he's a rat
She will suffer badly and wish she had listened but we can't force her to leave him she will when she's ready
Let's hope the rat dosent do too much damage to her
And I know she refusea to listen to anything we all say
But she needs to be more polite as she knows we are just advising her

@Moonshine lots of women who come here for advise ignore the red flags an stay with the rat, even though they know exactly what the rat is. We where all guilty at one time so let's give her the time she needs to let all the advice sink in

Hhhh I really think you are exaggerating. I live in Sousse… one of the rat capitals.. I don’t see them all over everyday unless I insert myself in there environments… hotels, tourist friendly disco and restaurants… it’s like any other country I’ve lived in.. with the good come the bad every place.
They are in coffees medinas restaurants and I don't exgarratte
And if sousse is rat capital then do the rats go in hiding and only come out when good people go home

I know u live there but there's many times uv said uv seen the rats
I too have stayed in sousse/ monastir for much time over 7 years and saw the rats many times
So please we all know the rats are out in force and don't hide they come out daylight night time every where nor just certain places but all places
So no I don't exaggerate unless the rats hide away

Yes @Moonshine of course they are out, but not just like harassing everyone and having like neon light that say rat rat rat … hhhhh.
I’ll be honest, I would rather live in other place, but Sousse is not miserable. I only see or hear about rat behavior when foreign women are near.. beach, hotel.. I’m not blind I see rat activity at like blooming resto when we go to beach, it’s obvious… I see it at Caruso, I see it at Saloon… it’s obvious really.. but really we learn to ignore and who knows maybe couple we judge it’s true love .. who knows. But my point is it’s not like so bad like to the point a person could enjoy the city

I know you can still enjoy Tunisia there is such beautiful places to visit
But all rats are rats for a reason
Maybe little percent with Western women are true love
But most are in the relationship for gifts visits Dinas car and free holiday a true Tunisian man would pay something towards the visit because off respect for the woman and himself
The rat will pay for nothing even if he has money and u can easily distinguish between rats and good Tunisian man xx

You see the rats posting new gifts yet again after last visit was only a month ago
U can see the rats sat in coffee day after day always with best clothes phone laptop even car motor bike
The ones that work u will see them bragging in coffee mine moneys mine her is money is mine too
The rats are a pest but like mosquitoes there's ways to get rid off them just spray the new #### off spray and just see the beauty some parts off Tunisia offer you absolutely beautiful places but keep the rat spray handy they are truly a dam nuisance and a pest !!
One thing I want to know about the rats is why they take holidays alone in Tunisia
As soon as they arrive in your country they are booking to go back Tunisia alone !!!
They refuse to take u back with them make excuses up
I thought marraige was where u holiday together and did things as a couple Tunisian men most off them not all go back alone many many times to Tunisia
I really don't see this with other mixed race couples only tunisian strange this
They go and the wife / children stay behind
I spoke to a woman and tunisian man at airport they are married and always take holidays together
He says there is no reason to justify a Tunisian going back alone to Tunisia that families good ones wouldn't be happy to see there son without his wife and children
He said once they go alone u will see many more holidays alone without u
That u need to be strict with tunisisn mam once u allow then to do something once or forgive them once they will take this as a sign your OK with them doing whatever they want
